Our shopping is a mixture of experience and convenience. The District is home to multiple retail locations that mix shopping with food, cafes and bars so you can take a break in between stops. Some 300,000 square feet of retail space, including groceries, clothing, financial institutions, beauty salons, fitness centers, Mom-and-Pop shops and more are located in the District. By 2030, this retail space is expected to grow to 2.9 million square feet. Meanwhile, feel like a big box store? A mall? The Energy Corridor, conveniently located in the western part of Houston, is just minutes from some of the city’s best malls and retail centers, including Memorial City Mall and the Katy Mills Outlet Mall.
