Who Calls Houston’s Energy Headquarters Home: Meet our community
The Energy Corridor District is filled with forward-thinking pioneers, creating an ideal environment to work, live and thrive. The District has long been the heart and soul of Houston’s energy sector, among other industries. The Energy Corridor, as home to global, Americas and regional headquarters of Fortune 500 companies and other major entities representing the full spectrum of energy, is the headquarters of the Energy Capital of the World. Over 60,000 people commute daily to work in the Energy Corridor, which is centrally located to popular Houston residential communities, including Memorial, Katy, Bridgeland, Sugar Land and others.
