Meet Our New Board Member
We’re thrilled to welcome Don Quigley to the Energy Corridor District Board of Directors. Don Quigley serves as Executive Vice President of Investment and Development at Midway, where he leads all aspects of ground-up development across the company’s diverse real estate portfolio. His responsibilities span the full lifecycle of each project—from conceptualization and underwriting to capitalization, design, and construction.
Since joining Midway in 2014, Don has played a pivotal role in the development and acquisition of projects totaling more than $500 million in capitalized value. His expertise spans multiple asset classes, including office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality, with developments located throughout Texas in key markets such as Houston, San Antonio, and College Station.
Don holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and an MBA with concentrations in real estate and finance from the University of Houston.
