The Benefits of Becoming Part of the Energy Corridor District

The Energy Corridor District Board of Directors has authorized staff to proceed with possible annexation of properties that are immediately adjacent to the Energy Corridor District’s legally-established boundaries. We’ll present this offer to select properties, who must agree to be annexed and pay the Energy Corridor District’s assessment.
Zak Miller will explain the annexation process and the benefits of District membership at our quarterly Commercial Real Estate meeting. He’ll describe how sharing costs among property owners maximizes value while keeping individual costs low.
