The Energy Corridor District is offering matching grants up to $5,000 to help commercial property owners install lighting, cameras, and other safety upgrades.
This Public Safety Reimbursement Grant Program is designed to support proactive improvements that deter crime, increase visibility, and make your property safer for your customers, tenants, and the community.
Use funds for eligible upgrades like surveillance systems or lighting
Applications reviewed on a rolling basis through August 1
Projects must be within the Energy Corridor District

We’re excited to announce that substantial completion has been established for the N. Dairy Ashford Road Safe Crossing Improvements Project. This project was designed to increase safety for pedestrians and cyclists while improving traffic flow and accessibility.
Here’s a look at the latest improvements across the Energy Corridor:
N. Dairy Ashford Corridor:
A new mid-block crosswalk
Safer left turn lanes
Relocated bus stops for better accessibility
Improved bike lanes to support a safer, more efficient commute
Additional Completed Sites as Part of the N. Dairy Ashford Improvements Project:
Eldridge at Brimhurst & Westerloch: New crosswalks, signage, pedestrian ramps, sidewalk and curb repairs
Enclave at Lloyd’s Register: Sidewalk and pedestrian ramp repairs
Memorial Dr at Memorial Mews: Sidewalk improvements completed
Eldridge at Enclave: New sidewalk installed
Barryknoll at Threadneedle: Crosswalks, pedestrian ramps, curb repair, and new signage
Eldridge at Parkway Plaza: Sidewalk repairs in progress
