A Record-Breaking Evening for Our Annual Tree Lighting

Festive holiday collage for the Energy Corridor Tree Lighting, featuring reindeer, performers in Christmas costumes, and a large, illuminated Christmas tree.

What an incredible night! Our Annual Tree Lighting celebration proved to be an overwhelming success and the community showed up in full force! We were thrilled to welcome over 4,000 guests to the Hyatt Regency Houston West for a truly magical evening.

Here’s what made the night truly special:

  • Non-Stop Fun: We loved seeing all the kids' faces light up in Santa's Winter Wonderland and getting a glimpse of the real action at the Reindeer Rest Stop.
  • The Soundtrack of the Season: The Rapture band and DJ Jesse Sealy kept the party moving, filling the air with holiday favorites and high-energy music.
  • Looking Up! We were all treated to an incredible, customized Holiday Drone Show sparkling in the sky. Followed by the moment we all had waited for—the flip of the switch to light the 50-foot tree!

What a huge, joyful celebration of our community. A special thank you to our generous sponsors who helped make Tree Lighting a memorable celebration for our community. We appreciate your partnership and the positive impact you continue to make throughout the District.

Last but not least, we’d like to thank YOU for showing up and celebrating with us. We look forward to an exciting year of growth with you in the Energy Corridor.
