The deadline for eligible nonprofit organizations to apply for grants as part of our 12 Days of Christmas initiative is quickly approaching!
During the Energy Corridor District’s 12 Days of Christmas celebration, the District will recognize and deliver meals to first responders and donate more than $30,000 to local nonprofits. To be eligible for a grant, applicants must be a registered 501(c)(3) organization whose services impact the Energy Corridor community and surrounding area, specifically zip codes 77079, 77084 and 77077. Applications are open now until the end of October, so apply today before it’s too late!

The Kendall Neighborhood Library hosts presentations, events and demonstrations for community members of all ages nearly every day. Whether you’re interested in learning about new technology or joining a book club, there’s something at the library for you and your family.
Every Thursday of this month, the Blue Willow bookshop will host an in-person storytime at 9:30 AM. Additionally, the shop is hosting a number of amazing authors and book clubs throughout the month.
