This month’s event will be held from 10 AM to 2 PM and will include a free 3D fit scan, a complimentary blood pressure check and a free vitamin B12 shot for the first ten visitors. The Family Point Resources Donut Dash is a community-wide, one-mile, family walk/run & 5K held at the beautiful Nottingham Park. Participants dash, at their own sweet pace, through the park and then enjoy donuts from Houston vendors after the finish line.

Tickets include a three course meal, beer or wine and a string quartet holiday concert next to the serene Koi pond at the Hyatt in The Energy Corridor District. Additionally, ECHO will be hosting another raffle, so come prepared to win prizes!
