H-GAC, TxDOT, METRO and Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) conducted public meetings in August to describe how to navigate the future managed lanes in the middle of the new I-10. Managed lanes are toll lanes and high occupancy lanes that vary the rate of the toll to keep traffic flowing above 40 miles per hour.
